There is a 3 person minimum for on location/on-site makeup artistry. If the number of persons is less than 3 and the client would still prefer on location/on-site makeup artistry services, then a base rate of $220 will be charged. Children ages 12 & under are not included in the minimum, but are welcome for services My Location: Any makeup service, whether it be bridal, private instruction or special event style can be done in my home for a flat rate of $60.00 per person, no minimums. Travel Fees and Parking Fees: Danielle Ross of Advanced Artistry does not charge a travel fee to any location under a 35 minute drive time, within location of the 02379 ZIP code. For any time over 35 minutes a reasonable and fair travel fee will be added to the final bill. Where parking, valet or other fees may be incurred because of parking limitations or rules, the client will be held responsible for this payment. It will either be handled by the client before my arrival or it will be billed to the client on the day of service. Cancellations: If the client must cancel the booked event or any services on a contract, the deposit will NOT be refunded or credited. Services may be cancelled no later than 14 days before the scheduled service or the client will be responsible for FULL PAYMENT of services booked on the contract. Hair Stylists: Hair stylists can be supplied or referred to you by Advanced Artistry if you desire. However, the hair stylist is in no way a part of Advanced Artistry/Danielle Ross and I will not be held responsible for their actions or availability. I refer stylists as a courtesy to my clients and they are in no way a representation or reflection of Advanced Artistry. False Lashes: False lash strips or individual lash pieces are an extra charge to any bridal or special events makeup clients for a fee of $15.00 per person. LIABILITIES: Danielle Ross of Advanced Artistry uses the best products possible and will not be held liable in the event of skin irritations, breakouts or allergic reactions, etc. All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and will be cleaned before each client's makeup application. Any skin conditions, such as allergies or other skin problems must be reported to the makeup artist prior to makeup application. All clients must agree to release Advanced Artistry/ Danielle Ross from liability for any skin complications due to any reactions. Booking Times: Your time booked with Danielle Ross will be reserved for a certain amount of time. Any and all persons booked for makeup application appointments need to be available at the scheduled time of said appointment in order to uphold the contract. All clients must be present for appointments before the end time of services to have their makeup done. If they run behind in time and cannot make the service, they will still be held liable for payment. Add-ons: Additional people added on to the contract/service at the last moment is always welcome. Advanced Artistry can service any clients outside the contract if there is time to accomidate them. These "add-ons" will be bound by the same requirements as those listed on the contract for services. Danielle shall be released of any liability as stated above by the "add-on" clients. Contracts & Deposits: A signed contract & deposit is required to secure your wedding date. A wedding date will not be held for anyone without a signed contract and deposit for services. A deposit of $50 is needed, and can be made payable in the form of cash or personal check. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The deposit will be deducted from the total due. Prom Makeup: Prom makeup can be done on location for a special rate depending on group size. Please contact Danielle with details of your on location event. For Prom makeup at Danielle's location, any girl age 15 to 18 years old requiring prom makeup is just $45.00 per person. |
