Bridal Services:
My Location: Any makeup service, whether it be bridal, modeling/headshots or private instruction, can be done at my location in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts for a fee of $50.00 per person, with no minimums. Discounts: ***Sometimes discounts are available. Please ask Danielle about discounts on makeup trials, groups of 10 or more and referral discounts. Brides from Danielle's hometown of West Bridgewater will also recieve a discounted rate for their makeup serrvices in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts. Hair Stylists: Danielle Ross can supply you with or refer you to an on location hair stylist. Danielle is not a part of or included in any of the hairstylist's business. It is a separate entity and has no ties to Danielle Ross Makeup Artistry. Danielle offers referals to hairstylists out of a courtesy to the bride to help make her wedding planning easier. A hairstylist can be provided for the bride at a trial run by the bride's request if a hairstylist is available. Danielle Ross is not responsible for the hairstylist or their actions. False Eyelashes: False eyelashes may be added to any service, whether it be bridal or private instruction, for a fee of $25.00. Lashes will be supplied by Danielle Ross and take approximately 8 to10 minutes to apply correctly. If the client wishes to supply the lashes of her choice, that client will be charged $13.00 to have the lashes applied instead of the regualr fee of $25.00. Service Minimum: There is a 3 person minimum for on location wedding makeup artistry. If the number of persons is less than 3, a base fee of $200.00 will be charged as the total due for services. A maximum of 16 clients can be serviced for wedding parties. Children age 12 & under not included in minimums, but are always welcome for services. Cancellations: If the client must cancel the booked event or any services on a contract, the deposit will NOT be refunded or transferred to another bridal party/service. Services may be canceled no later than 14 days before the scheduled service date. Travel Fees: Danielle Ross does not charge a travel fee to any location under a 35 minute drive time, within location of zip code 02379. For any time over the 35 minutes, a small travel fee will be charged. Charges vary per destination. Parking tolls & fees or Ferry transportation: Where parking, valet or other fees may be incurred because of parking limitations, the client will be held responsible for this payment, which will be added on in the final bill. Ferry charges to the Cape Cod Islands or to Block Island, R.I. will be paid for by the client before the day of service and arrangements for pick up and drop off to and from the ferry will need to be made. LIABILITIES: Danielle Ross of Danielle Ross Makeup Artistry uses the best products possible and will not be held liable in the event of skin irritations, breakouts or allergic reactions, etc. All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and will be cleaned before each client's makeup application. Any skin conditions, such as allergies or other skin problems must be reported to the makeup artist prior to makeup application. All clients must agree to release Danielle Ross Makeup Artistry/ Danielle Ross from liability for any skin complications due to any reactions. Booking Times: Your time booked with Danielle Ross will be reserved for a certain amount of time. Any and all persons booked for makeup application appointments need to be available at the scheduled time of said appointment in order to uphold the contract. All clients must be present for appointments before the end time of services to have their makeup done. If they run behind in time and cannot make the service, they will still be held liable for payment. Add-ons: Additional people added on to the contract/service at the last moment is always welcome. Danielle Ross Makeup Artistry can service any clients outside the contract if there is time to accomidate them. These "add-ons" will be bound by the same requirements as those listed on the contract for services. Danielle shall be released of any liability as stated above by the "add-on" clients. Contracts & Deposits: A signed contract & deposit is required to secure your wedding date. A wedding date will not be held for anyone without a signed contract and deposit for services. A deposit of 25% of the total balance is needed, and can be made payable in the form of cash or personal check. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The deposit will be deducted from the total due. Payments: Payments are due on the final balance no later than 2 weeks prior to the date of service if client is to pay by bank check or personal check. If the client decides to pay the final amount owed in cash, payment may be made on the date of service. There will be a $30.00 fee on any bounced checks. Any payments sent in the mail to Danielle Ross will be sent a reciept to show proof of payment by either regular mail or by email. Prom Makeup and Private Makeup Instruction: Prom makeup and Instructional makeup can be done on location for a special rate depending on group size. Please contact Danielle with details of your on location event. For Prom makeup at Danielle's location, any girl age 15 to 18 years old requiring prom makeup is just $45.00 per person and comes with a free mini lipstick or gloss. Instructional makeup in my home is $50.00 per person for one hour. |
